Advisor - Talent Acquisition

Founded in 2014, Techso is a young, growing company that supports its prestigious international clients in their digital transformation project. The consulting firm works in three major niches of expertise (PLM-DEV-IT) overlapping around Industry 4.0. Techso wants to expand its HR team to support it in the recruitment-marketing component. Based in the heart of Old Montreal, Techso is actively looking for a collaborator who will support it in promoting the image and growth of the company.

• Being part of the recruitment team- attract talent for the company (sourcing, sorting CVs, posting jobs...) - main activity.
• Contribute to the attraction strategy (employer image, social networks, visual marketing, etc.)
• Represent the company to seek out the best talent in the industry (participate in job fairs)
• Maintain our ATS TS-Talent (candidate database)
• Create the technical profile of the candidates
• Participate in some administrative tasks – Ordering equipment, reviewing internal manuals (eng+fr), etc.
• Greet office visitors/clients
• Participate in the social life of the office (organization of events in collaboration with the social club =)

• BAC (marketing, communication, human resources or other related fields)
• Interest in administration & marketing
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, Graphic, Pages, etc.
• Experience in sourcing-IT – an asset
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Strong relationship, versatility, and love of teamwork!
